Refund & Returns Policy


The First 7 Days

If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund or an exchange within the first 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on a product that is not faulty. However, we will repair or replace your product if it is still under warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Warranty Support

Our products carry their full manufacturer's warranty as stipulated by the official distributor, unless otherwise specified. The warranty for each product is usually specified on the product page or under the product's specifications.

Faulty items under warranty are returned to us and sent to the supplier/manufacturer for repair or replacement. Such manufacturer guarantee is restricted to the costs of repair or replacement of faulty goods or refund of the purchase price at the sole discretion of Keen Urbanite and its suppliers after investigation and/or testing of goods.

All hardware manufacturer guarantees are immediately null and void if equipment has been tampered with, warranty stickers have been removed, is physically and/or liquid damaged, seals on equipment have been broken by anyone other than the manufacturer’s representative or if the goods have been operated outside the manufacturer’s specifications.

Non-Returnable Items

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift Cards 
  • Downloadable Software
  • Perishable Goods
  • Intimate or Sanitary Goods
  • Some Health and Personal Care Items
