How Much is Delivery and When Will You Deliver?

Delivery is free for all orders over R500. A delivery fee of R100 applies to all orders that are under R500. We deliver within 2 to 6 working days, via door to door courier, during working hours on weekdays and can only deliver to a physical address within South Africa.

Option 2: Mobicred via PayFast (Buy now & pay later in monthly installments)

How Do I Track My Order?

Before we dispatch your order, we will email you a tracking number and tracking link for you to track the location of your order online or via the telephone.

Can I Collect My Order?

Unfortunately not, since we make use of 3rd party warehousing and order fulfillment services such as Parcel Ninja for a large portion of our stock. This allows us to streamline our business in order to serve you better.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

To cancel your order simply shoot us an email at hello@keenurbanite.com. If you haven't paid for you order, it will be automatically canceled after 7 days.

What's the Warranty on Your Products?

Apple Products: 1 Year Warranty
Huawei Products: 1 Year Warranty
Cellphones & Tablets: 2 Year Warranty
Laptops: Depends on individual product; please check the specific product page.
Monitors: 1 Year Warranty
Other Products: Please check the product's page, specifications or packaging.
